Draft — not yet legally reviewed
This text truthfully describes which data this website processes, but it has not yet been reviewed and approved by a specialist. The binding version will be published here as soon as it is available.
Version 1 (draft) · As of 6 September 2026
Privacy policy
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and — where visitors from the EEA are concerned — in accordance with the GDPR.
1. Controller
The company named in the legal notice is responsible. Please address questions about data protection to the contact address given there.
2. What we process without your consent
- Server access: when a page is requested, technically necessary data arise (IP address, time, requested address, browser identifier). They serve the operation of the site and the prevention of abuse — every public address of this site is limited in volume per IP address.
- Form entries: what you enter in a contact or analysis form (name, company, email, phone, your description) we store as an enquiry and use to reply to you. Without this information we cannot contact you.
- Form progress: which steps of a form you have opened and completed, and when. We evaluate this to see at which point a form is abandoned.
- Origin data: advertising identifiers from the address bar
(
gclid, fbclid, msclkid) and theutm_*parameters. They tell us through which channel an enquiry came about, and are stored together with an enquiry. - Browser storage: your colour scheme choice and your decision on the consent banner are stored locally in your browser
(
localStorage) and are not transmitted to us.
3. What happens only after your consent
Before you consent, the Google consent signals are set to denied, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded at all. Only when you choose «Accept» in the banner do we activate:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) — audience measurement and attribution of enquiries to advertising campaigns.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — the same attribution for advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- Website assistant (Anthropic PBC, USA) — the chat on this site. The messages you enter are transmitted to this provider in order to answer them. Without your consent the assistant is not active; the form next to it works independently of it.
You can use «Privacy settings» at the bottom of the home page to change your decision at any time.
4. Other recipients — only within a business relationship
The following services receive data only when you trigger the corresponding step yourself. From a mere visit to this site they receive nothing.
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) — when you pay an invoice online via a payment link. We receive the payment confirmation from Stripe, never your card details.
- Google Calendar / Google Meet — when an appointment with a video room is arranged; the title and time of the appointment are transmitted.
- Email delivery — our mail provider carries the messages we send you (confirmations, quotes, invoices).
- Skribble AG (Switzerland) — only when a quote is expressly signed with a qualified signature; the document to be signed and your signature details are transmitted. Without this choice, no document is transmitted to Skribble.
- Hosting — this application runs on a server rented by us. Provider and location: to follow.
5. Retention
We keep enquiries and the business correspondence arising from them for as long as the business relationship lasts, and thereafter within the statutory retention obligations (in Switzerland ten years for business records and vouchers, Art. 958f CO). We delete form progress without an enquiry as soon as it is no longer needed for evaluation. Specific periods per type of data: to follow.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, to erasure and to receive it in a common format. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact the contact address given in the legal notice. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
7. Changes
We adapt this policy when the processing changes. The version published here at any given time is authoritative; it carries a version number and a date at the top.
